Cocoa built with discipline
BnH Farms is developing a credible cocoa origin in Bertoua through practical field management, disciplined post-harvest handling and transparent communication about current capacity.
Approximately 160 hectares are dedicated to cocoa. About 20 hectares are currently producing, while approximately 140 hectares are young, maturing or under rehabilitation.
What is available today
Current annual production is approximately 15 tonnes of dried cocoa beans.
Availability is small and seasonal, subject to current inventory and prior commitments.
The principal harvest period runs from September to December.
Cocoa from Bertoua, Cameroon
Our cocoa is grown in Cameroon’s East Region, where the farm is expanding a long-term estate while improving the systems used to manage production and post-harvest activities.
From harvest to protected storage
Fermentation: Approximately six days, with the process managed to support consistent drying and storage.
Drying: Careful sun drying to a target moisture content below 7 percent.
Storage: Dried cocoa is placed in jute bags on pallets in a protected warehouse environment designed to limit moisture exposure.
Documentation: Selected production and sales records exist. Stronger batch identification and quality documentation are being developed.

Cocoa samples can be prepared, labelled, documented and dispatched upon request. Availability, sample quantity, destination, shipping arrangements and the purpose of evaluation must be confirmed before dispatch.

A growing estate with qualified potential
At maturity, the current cocoa estate has a planning potential of approximately 160 to 240 tonnes annually, subject to agronomic performance and climate.
BnH Farms also has a long-term ambition to develop a traceable producer network that could move combined estate and partner-farmer supply toward 1,000 tonnes annually. This is not current capacity and it is not a guaranteed forecast.
