Progress made visible
BnH Farms believes that responsible growth begins with clear records, controlled claims and practical systems that can improve over time. Our traceability and market-readiness work is presented by stage so that buyers and partners can understand what is current, what is in development and what remains planned.
Current
- Selected production and sales records are maintained.
- The general production area for cocoa can be identified.
- Cocoa is fermented, dried and stored through defined practical steps.
- Samples can be prepared and documented on request, subject to availability and destination requirements.
In development
- Farm mapping and geolocation coverage.
- Standardized plot and block identification.
- Batch numbering and closer links between production and post-harvest records.
- More consistent moisture, storage and buyer documentation.
- Internal ownership of record updates and review.
Planned
- Fuller block-to-batch traceability.
- EUDR-related land-use and due-diligence documentation.
- Relevant certification pathways where commercially justified.
- Direct-export capability after required registration, systems and commercial readiness.
